General Booking Policies
I am at least 18 years of age or older.
All appointments require payment in full at the time of booking, and this payment is non-refundable. If given 24-hour notice of cancellation you may reschedule this appointment one time only. If that appointment is missed, you will not be allowed to reschedule for this appointment.
Except for an emergency, I must cancel at least 24 hours prior to my scheduled appointment time.
General Disclaimer for Energy Work (Reiki, Cord Cutting, Energy Clearing, Coaching) Sessions
By booking, I understand that energy work is a gentle, sometimes hands-on, technique used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that energy work practitioners neither diagnose conditions, prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment plan of a licensed medical professional. I understand that energy work does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed healthcare professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that a hands-on or hands-off energy work technique is my personal choice. I acknowledge that long-term energy imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions. I understand that individual results may vary by client; therefore, their effectiveness depends on the client and no guarantee can be made regarding the results of its use. I understand and agree The Crystal Passage, LLC, its owners, and its employees claim no responsibility whatsoever to any person or entity for any liability, loss, or damage caused, or alleged to be caused, both directly and indirectly, as a result of the sessions I received today. I also agree to contact my energy work practitioner in the event of any issues that should arise from the session I received today. I understand that all information shared with The Crystal Passage, LLC will be held in the strictest of confidence. All sessions are fully nonrefundable.
General Retail Shop Policies
The Crystal Passage, LLC, reserves the right to deny service at any time and for any reason, except in the case of protected class status and/or applicable state and federal laws. We maintain a strict no loitering policy and visibly intoxicated patrons or patrons who act in an intimidating or threatening manner will be asked to leave.
Merchandise Returns
All merchandise is sold as a curio. All sales of candles, sprays, oils, bath salts, and milk baths are final.
All other sales must be in their original condition or packaging and may be returned within seven (7) days of the purchase date with a valid receipt FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
All returns are subject to management approval and are not guaranteed. All services, classes, and events are fully non-refundable. If you fail to show up for an appointment, you will not be refunded.
Shipping and Handling Times
All orders require 48 – 72 hours of processing time, depending on the current workload.
If an item is back-ordered or unavailable, you will be notified, and your package will be shipped without the item or with an agreed-upon replacement item. If the item is no longer available, you will be refunded. Please allow up to five (5) days for back-ordered or unavailable item refunds.
Shipping Methods, Modes, and Costs
Most orders will be shipped by USPS. Tracking is provided upon shipment. We do not ship internationally.
The Crystal Passage, LLC, is not responsible for damage caused or alleged to be caused to any order by the carrier. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
